The Corvair continues to roll, albeit quite a bit slower with the cold weather than when it's warm.
I am just about 50 miles shy of the 5,000 mile goal. The next goal will be to see if I can get it through the winter with this battery pack. I have my doubts. We did just have a 4-wheel alignment done earlier this week. That will help a little with rolling and the energy it takes to get the car moving in the cold but I'm not sure it will help enough. The old Corvair wiring is giving me fits, too, so I have no heat or defrost, right now. I can take a little cold but scraping the windshield as I drive is less than desirable!
